Compliance Testing Services for Wholesalers and Retailers:

Are you in compliance with new Federal Regulations requiring a “reasonable testing program” for your business?

The new requirements under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) require that after February 10th, 2009, no products for use of children 12 and under can be sold that contain more than 600 ppm of lead and that you must provide a General Conformity Certificate (GCC). If found to be in violation, you may be subject to severe fines and/or criminal penalties.

If you are a business that falls under this regulation, XRF can currently be used to fulfill this requirement. Our services can provide quick and affordable testing of your current inventory. Additionally, our services will provide you the information (report and records) for you to complete a GCC.

Our service is On-Site, and non-destructive to your products. We service Los Angeles and San Diego County, as well as Orange County. We have already been working with large companies, as well as small home-based businesses to provide testing programs for CPSIA compliance.
