Target Recalls Children’s Belts Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard (2 months ago)

Our Mission:

To help parents provide a lead-free environment for their children. We shall provide
lead screening service to Southern California residents that is fast and affordable. Our
goal is to provide knowledgeable environmental hazard assessment and the best
possible screening experience for both you and your children. We also hope to work
with community organizations to provide lead screening services to those most at risk
for lead poisoning and who cannot afford them.

I started this company in order to help parents, small businesses, and
community organizations that are plagued with hearing of the hazards
of lead, but have few options for testing for lead. It’s simply too time
consuming to keep up with all the recalls and most of the home-test-
kits for lead are unreliable. Although there are (a few) other
companies in Orange County that will come to your home or business
to screen for lead in toys, I found them to lack the qualifications and
background to be making environmental hazard assessments. These
services are also more expensive than what I offer, and at such high
prices, I feel are beyond the reach of parents whose children are
potentially at the highest risk for lead exposure.
